By accessing or using NUYED ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or transact on NUYED.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

One person may not maintain multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate rankings, or abuse promotions.

Purchases on the NUYED marketplace are protected by escrow: funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery or the dispute window closes.

Sellers must accurately describe their listings and deliver exactly what was advertised. Buyers must inspect their order and confirm or open a dispute within the stated window.

NUYED charges fees on certain transactions; applicable fees are shown before you complete an action.

NUY is an in-platform credit used across NUYED. NUY has no guaranteed monetary value outside the platform and is not a security or legal tender.

We may adjust NUY earning, conversion and withdrawal rates at any time. Abuse of the NUY system may result in balance adjustments or account suspension.

You may not use NUYED for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to facilitate fraud, or to infringe the rights of others.

Listings or content that violate applicable law or these terms may be removed without notice.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUYED is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of NUYED after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
