1. Reporting infringement
NUYED respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice".
2. What your notice must include
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing material on NUYED.
Your contact information (name, email, address).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may notify the user who posted it.
Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] including the information required under applicable law. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue legal action.
