Cookie Policy

How and why NUYED uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them.

Last updated: June 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixels. Together we refer to them as "cookies".

Cookies can be "first-party" (set by NUYED) or "third-party" (set by another domain). They can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or "persistent" cookies (kept for a defined period).

2. Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary — required for the site to work: authentication/session (e.g. "gaxmer_sid"), security/anti-CSRF ("gaxmer_csrf"), load-balancing and your cookie-consent choice ("nuyed_cookie_consent"). These cannot be switched off.

Preferences — remember choices such as language, theme and the collapsed/expanded state of the sidebar so the interface matches your last visit.

Analytics — help us understand, in aggregate and anonymously, how the platform is used so we can improve it. Only set if you consent.

Marketing — used to measure campaigns and show relevant offers. We never sell your personal information. Only set if you consent.

3. Legal basis (GDPR / EU & UK)

Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure, working service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and do not require consent.

Preferences, analytics and marketing cookies are only used with your prior, freely given, specific and informed consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / ePrivacy Directive). You may withdraw consent at any time with the same ease as giving it.

You can grant or withdraw consent per category using the "Customize" option in the cookie banner, or later via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

4. Your California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA.

California residents can opt out at any time using the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" toggle in the cookie preferences, or via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically applicable. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

5. How to manage cookies

Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page to review or change your choices at any time.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using core features.

Your consent is stored for up to 6 months, after which we will ask you again.

6. Third parties

Some features may load content from third parties (for example embedded videos or payment processors). These providers may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Changes & contact

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology or law. Material changes will reset your consent so you can review them.
